By downloading, installing, or using the “Wifi Security App” (the “App”) provided by Arific Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. License Grant
a. Subject to your compliance with these terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use on a compatible device owned or controlled by you.
b. You may not:
** i. Modify, decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the App;**
** ii. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems or networks;**
** iii. Use the App in a way that violates any applicable laws or regulations;**
** iv. Use the App to transmit any harmful, malicious, or unlawful content; or**
** v. Use the App in a manner that disrupts or interferes with the App’s operation or its users’ experience.**
2. Auto-Renewing Subscriptions
a. The App may offer auto-renewing subscription options through Apple’s App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to pay the specified fees and acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
b. Subscription terms are determined by Apple. Please refer to your Apple account settings for subscription details and cancellation instructions.
3. Intellectual Property
a. The App, including all content, features, and functionalities, is protected by intellectual property laws and is owned by Arific Business Solutions Pvt Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App without our prior written consent.
4. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information. By using the App, you consent to the practices described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App at our discretion and without notice if you violate these terms of use.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, and we are not liable for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
7. Changes to these Terms
We may update these terms from time to time, and any changes will be effective when posted within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
